Ben Nevis.  Tallest mountain in the UK.   4406 ft.  And WE SCALED ITS SUMMIT!  On the way up we met lots of people from all over the world – all here for different reasons.  The path began relatively easy but became increasingly rocky, arduous and exposed.  We had trained hard for this day however still found that we had not fully appreciated how difficult the mountain would be – both ascending and descending.  BUT WE DID IT!!! And experienced one of the best days of our lives.  So when we took a break on the mountain summit in Scotland, it was only proper to get caught up on the local news!
