The Village of Westport welcomes seniors (and their friends/family) to use the upstairs of the Community Centre on Wednesday and Friday mornings to continue their weekly walks.   Although the Village unsuccessfully applied for a Trillium grant to install an elevator, we have decided to open the Community Centre for those who wish to continue the weekly walks.  The Village supports those who have been using the Lockwood Park path for regular exercise and hope that the upstairs of the Community Centre will be of benefit over the winter.  Have Fun!

Another Trillium grant will be submitted in 2020.  The cost of the elevator and necessary renovations is approx $150,000.
