Town Hall is disappointed that the canteen did not open last night at the arena.  Over the past couple of months, it has put out a tender for the lease of the canteen.  Staff contacted local businesses to ensure that the tender was well publicized.  There were no offers.   Next, the Village advertised to hire canteen employees and the Village would run the canteen.  Again, no response.

Drink and snack vending machines will be in the arena in the next couple of weeks, however that has also been a slow process through no fault of Town Hall.
